The YOTKS and TKSPO is a set of stitches, they belong together. First you make a Yarn Over(YO) and you need to pull the YO 2, 3 or more stitches
- Make a TKS in the next stitch
- Take another crochet hook and pick up the YO of YOTKS
- Pull it over all the stitches, including the last TKS
